Hi, I have been having reoccurring symptoms of: Get really uncomfortably hot (sometimes with cold sweats) then I get instantly cold and keeps flipping back and forth, Migraines (that affects the whole right side of my face only), with neck and jaw tension and pain. Along with that I also get Nausea and/or dizziness, vomiting (I lose my appetite often. I force myself to eat meals but never seem to feel better, sometimes feel worse after eating) , no stomach pain, but will sometimes have diarrhea. and with the feeling of needing to faint but never do. this occurs at least once a week and it can be severe enough that I am out of work for a couple of days. blood work of all kinds show nothing out of the ordinary and ECG is normal. Stool and urine samples clean as well. I ve had allergy tests that are negative for the top 10 triggers. I m stumped and need help
