What Causes Recurring Extreme Pain In Groin?

I get this pain in my groon and have a job to walk until I sit down then its o k in the morning when I have rested all night its fine then one hour later irt starts again . this will last for a week or more then it goes away for weeks then comes back . the pain can be very bad I have to use a walking stick

Groin pain with difficulty in walking happens commonly with lumbar (spine disc) problem.I would suggest get MRI spine done and discuss with the neurosurgeon.For pain you may take tab tramadol as per need.
