Fever, diarrhea and abdominal pain usually suggests a bowel infection, as in acute gastroenteritis, dysentery or typhoid fever. Reports of blood tests and stool tests done during illness will tell this. If recurrent, we have to suspect food or water contamination, especially if other friends or family members are affected with similar complaints simultaneously. Kindly discuss with your doctor. Meanwhile, maintain strict food and water hygiene- hand washing with soap and water before food and after toilet use, use only boiled, packaged or RO filtered water for drinking, and avoid street foods.
