What Causes Recurring Cough And More Whiter Tongue?

I have had a cough since the end of November. I was put on amoxicillian in Feb. for a sinus infection, but the cough didn't stop. I am able to sleep since I don't cough while lying down. It seems to be a post nasal drip. I also think my tongue might be whiter than normal.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM'
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this could be allergic condition and no need to take antibiotic for this, in my opinion such condition can be managed with general measurement and that includes, drinking more water, steam inhalation, hot drinks, such symptoms takes enough time to come around and you need be patience, take care and have a nice day.
