What Causes Recurring Bleeding From An Open Wound On Finger?

I have a small circular open wound the size of about 2mm in diameter on my pinky finger that keeps bleeding but when placed a bandaid it stops but never heals completely then suddenly after a few days it starts bleeding I have no pain at all and I don't know who I got it

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have a non healing wound over the finger and as it breeds frequently there is a possibility that it has got infected and as you are not taking any treatment for it there is repeated episodes of the problem..

I would suggest you to start cleaning the area with an antiseptic solution like Betadine and apply a combination of Triple Antibiotic ointment and steroid ointment over it..
You can also take a course of antibiotics that will help in drying of the wound and healing like a combination of Sulphamethoxazole and Trimethoprim..
Avoid water exposure to the wound..
