What Causes Recurring Appetite Loss, Nausea, Constipation And Diarrhea?

20 yr old female. Stomach cramps going on for almost a week. As well as Loss in appetite, nausous, constipation. When I did go today it was diereaha. Stomach hurts whether eat food or not . Tryig to conceive for over 3 months. These symptoms have been happening on and off for over that period of time but lately more severe. Waiting to see if I get my period which is due in three days to take test

I really appreciate your concern, if your main concern is pregnancy then such symptoms are not due to this and in case of amenorrhea it need to be tested for pregnancy and best test would be ultrasonography, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
