What Causes Recurring Abscess In The Nose?
I just had some tests done to see if I had any STD s . I found out today that my score for HVS1 was 33 and thus positive. I have not had any cold sores which seems to be the symptom for it, but I have had some problem with sores in my nose actually over several years. so I am wondering if this might be similar to a cold sore, just not in my mouth. Is there anything that I can take to try to get this virus out of my body?

You are having HSV1 as you have said. Sometimes all symptoms are not merely present in the disease. So you are not having oral symptoms.
You should take antiviral drugs to eradicate hsv and should have safe sex not many sex partners always use protection & avoid oral sex.
Remember it is a transmitted disease so you should be always taken care to protect from it.
