General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,my name is dr,Dorina Gurabardhi.I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Drink gradually larger amounts of clear liquids
-Avoiding solid food until the vomiting episode has passed
-Try oral rehydrating solution such as Pedialyte to prevent and treat dehydration.
-Rest after eating with your head elevated about 12 inches above your feet.
-Try to eat when you feel less nauseated
If the vomiting continue you should seek medical care in the local hospital.
Hope my answer was helpful,if you have any other question I will be glad to answer, thanks!
