What Causes Recurrent Twitching Sensation In The Eye Lids?
I am 55 years old and in good health, the last 2 weeks my eye lids has been twitching. I have been getting 7-8 hours of sleep at night and do not have a cold or sinus infection or any other symptons. Any ideas of what is causing my eyelids to twitch?

Twitching of eyelids is not a serious problem. Drink warm water before you sleep and as soon as you wake up 2 glasses at a time. You shall have a blissful life.
