What Causes Recurrent Staphylococcus Lugdunensis On The Nipples?

I have staphylococcus lugdunensis on the right breast nipple and to date no antibiotic has cured It. It keeps coming back and all I can do is use manuka honey on it. Is it possible I may have got this infection from my husband if he had a gum desease like gingervitis??

hi,
for staphylococcal skin infection MUPIROCIN OINTMENT will be beneficial in resistant bacteria.

if skin infection by staphylococci if not respond to the antibiotic, it should be tested for antibiotic resistant testing in laboratory.sensitive antibiotic may be given
(the bacteria staphylococci group are part of normal bacterial flora on the skin and mucous membrane of human body.they are harmless most of the time.they cant be eradicated.)
