What Causes Recurrent Skin Infection And Drainage Of The Scrotum And Penis?

what causes the reoccurring skin infection and drainage of the scrotum and penis after finishing antibiotics such as amox/k clav 875-125 mg and ciprofloxacn 500 mg. In October 2015 I was diagnosed as having staph cellulitis in my inner-thighs and scrotum sac after I was thought to have a fungal infection by my Primary Physician who sent me to get treatment at a hospital in October 2015 and was given all types of fungal medications which made my condition worse before I was informed that it was staph cellulitis. I had been taking amox/k clav 875-124 mg on and off since November 2015 and to March 2016 and started taking ciprofloxacn 500 mg in April 2016 and each time I came off of either antibiotic I start to have the same reoccurring skin infection and drainage issues involving my scrotum and penis. I have seen an infectious disease doctor, a urologist, and a dermatologist. I had test ran to check for an abscess by getting CT Scan (without contrast) of my pelvis and inner thighs, an ultrasound of my testicles(which a cyst was discovered on the base of my right testicle) and inner thighs and kidneys but not abscess was found. The scan only picked up that I had a groin hernia. I took an HIV test which came back negative and I took a diabetes test which also came back negative.None of the doctors can determine why I am having these same reoccurring issues even with all the different test being done. Please shed some insight on this matter.
