What Causes Recurrent Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

I have lower stomach pain. It only occurs during certain movement on the bed, sitting on the couch or a lawn chair. The pain is a 10 for about 20-30 seconds and then it goes away. My ob said it could be cysts in my ovaries but apparently those disappeared awhile back. I had 2 ultrasounds in the last year. But still having this pain. It started over a year ago and I had an episode just last night.

Hi, I think you can be having some vaginal infection or a PID. You may need some antibiotics and antifungal drugs. Also a vaginal pessary of antibiotics and antifungal drugs may be needed. Take some pain killers.
