What Causes Recurrent Pain And Edema In The Leg?

Hello, I am a 36 year old female, very fit, active and eat an excellent diet. I do not smoke or drink. I have recurring leg oedema which can be very painful. I currently have this, it gradually came on over the course of today and my calves especially feel so tight the might explode. It is very uncomfortable and a bit painful. This has been happening on and off for the past 3-5 months. I do not add salt to my food and I drink at least 3 litre of water per day. In addition, I also feel dizzy and light headed and am often very fatigued though I usually get 7 hours sleep a night. This is a regular thing, almost daily. I also suffer from anxiety. Not sure if any of this is related, or are two separate problems. I exercise 6 days per week, I work on my feet all day and also sit at night for a couple of hours to study. Many thanks.
