What Causes Recurrent Ovarian Cysts, Fatigue And Chronic Diarrhea?
I have had ovarian cysts rupture in the past. I had one last month followed by blood in my stool. I think I have another cyst. I ve been feeling very fatigued lately, with lots of diarrhea. I ve also lost about 5 pounds in a week with no change in diet. Is this all caused from my cysts?

Ovarian cystic disease does not causes weight loss or diarrhea.Rather PCOD typically is related with wait gain irregular cycles and facial hairs.Though rupture ovarian cyst do present with abdominal pain.
I would recommend you to get a abdominal ultrasound done.
Keep taking lots of fluid and metronidazole for diarrhea.
