Good afternoon! I suffer from migraines which occur a few times a month where I inject Imitrex Statdose and it will abort the pain within 30 minutes. I am also on Lisinopril 20mg a day for high blood pressure and oxycodone for chronic lower back pain. L1-S1 bulging, herniating or torn discs in those areas. Have visited many Neurosurgeons and they ALL tell me that I am not a candidate for surgery since it involves to many levels. I have been on this medication for 5 years now. Now onto my current issue. When I get a migraine, it affects my speech and is localized to my left temple area with sensitivity to light and sound. Starting last night, I have a headache that is the worse ever and nothing will take the pain away. It hurts when I touch anywhere from my left eyebrow and up about 2-3 inches. I feel some pressure but I do not have any other issues associated with it like blurred vision, speech issues or such. What could possibly cause such a severe headache and with the medications that I am on, nothing with take the edge off the pain?
