Understanding your concern. As per your query you have recurrent itchy goose pimples on legs which occurs occur when clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to start with application of aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day as this is safe and natural extract of cereals. Apply topical ointment mupirocin 2% locally. Also drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Avoid exposure to sunlight and keep areas clean and dry. Apply aloe vera gel to keep moist. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist once and get it examined. you can go for antibiotics ( clindamycin ) , corticosteroid ointment , hydroquinone , laser therapy and dermabrasion only after doctors prescription. Do not scratch pimples as they will get infected.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
