What Causes Recurrent Headache And Tinnitus?

Hi, For the last 7-10 days I have had a minor headache that seems to come and go from minute to minute. I seem to be in a haze like after a migrane which I have also had more frequently lately. I seem to have sporadic ringing in my ears, I seem to me more tired then normal and need a nap every day. I take advil for the headache but it does not seem to touch it.
