What Causes Recurrent Dizziness With This BP Level?

I became dizzy when i bend over to wash my face in the sink. Dizzyness came back an hour later when i arrived for work. Seemed like it happened when i held my head down. I checked my bp. It was high 136 over 92. After drinking 3 bottled waters the bp went down to 102 over 69. Then minutes later i felt a little dizzy again. I live a healthy life style but lately i have not been drinking water like i use to. Why am i getting dizzy Is it because i dont where my new glasses like i should
