What Causes Rectal Pain Post Removal Of A Tumor On The Tailbone?

10 years ago I was diagnosed with a tumor on my tailbone and referred to surgeon who operated to remove same. He claimed my tailbone was just hanging there and removed my tailbone. I have been to the pain clinic every month since. I have taken many types of medicine. I still have pin in my rectum and vagina. It is a burning pain, and I cannot sit without pain. What recourse do I have?
