What Causes Rectal Bleeding And Upper Left Abdominal Pain?
36y.o female, gluten free vegetarian diet with some seafood and dairy. Rectal bleeding and upper left abdominal pain that radiates to left flank. Not as bad since diet change 6 months ago but still persists a few times per week. family history of Coeliacs disease. Have been tested with negative result. what could be causing this?

I really appreciate your concern, GI infection and inflammatory condition needs to be ruled out and for that it may needs colonoscopy, besides this it may be due to fissure, hemorrhoid in short symptoms of bleeding pre rectum demands several investigations hope this information helps.
