What Causes Rashes On Face On Withdrawal From Betnovate Cream?

hi Doctor. well i am a teenager and i have been using betnovate n cream over a long period of time for curing my skin problem. If i dont apply this cream for a week or so on, a kind of rash appears on my whole face, and it keeos on increasing. and as soon as i apply the cream it decreases. now what should i do? will I keep using the cream or avoid using it?

This could be acne or allergic rashes
Please follow these guidelines
Wash it with antiseptic solutions or soap
Don't manipulate it much neither by rubbing or puncturing it
