I have rash like on both shins from knee down to ankle, been having this for a few months and it will not go away. I don t take blood thinner or prednisone either. No itching or pain. What could it be? I also have pictures. I don t have money to pay for an answer.

Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like clindamycin , oral antifungal or antibacterial depending upon the diagnosis . Apply ice pack to reduce redness and itchiness.
