What Causes Rashes And Lesions On The Arms Radiating Towards Elbow?

I woke up one more a few weeks ago with a rash on both shoulders and down to the elbow. I have a few large crescent shaped lesions on each arm as well. Then noticed a bit of the same stuff on the back of my neck (like poison ivy). And some lesions or bumps near both knees. Wondering what this is.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history you are having allergic dermatitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid using any new products like soap or perfume.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on the lesions twice daily.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
