What Causes Rash On Anterior Trunk And Sleeplessness?

I have intense all over body pruritis worse when i lay down for 3 weeks, small raised rash on anterior trunk, although the rash is getting better, i can t sleep , it is aweful. Tried benadryl, zyrtec no relief, creams do nothing. No change in meds, travel or shampoo or other personal items

I would like to mention:
1. A skin infection ( fungal or parasitic)
2. An allergic reaction
3. Liver or renal dysfunction (causing depositions of toxic substances in the skin)
4. Anxiety

I recommend you to consult with a dermatologist for a careful physical examinations. A routine blood test, kidney and liver function tests and allergy testing are necessary to establish the diagnosis.
