What Causes Rapid Heart Rate,light Headedness And Cold Sweat?

Hi my heart rate is 190 and I can feel my heart beating fast. I was light headed and cold sweat can you tell me what could be wrong. I got a Drs appt this afternoon but I can seem to slow my heart rate is there a way to do this and yes I drank a lot of fluid Iam on conversely high blood pressure pills please help

Normal Heart rate is between 60 - 100 bpm, 190 beats is really fast.
There are various reasons for fast heart rate, it is advicable that you meet up with a cardiologist regarding the same.
As a first-aid home remeady you can try splashing cold water over your face & eyes or drink chilled water.
