What Causes Rapid Heart Rate And Cold Extremities?
I was at football practice, and toward the end of conditioning, I suddenly became cold and had goosebumps. Shortly after we finished conditioning, I put a long sleeve under armour shirt on in hopes that I would warm up, but I was still cold. It has been almost two hours and I am still cold (after taking a shower and changing). I also have an estimated 120 BPM (my own estimation), but I generally have a high heart rate. Any advice?

Such symptom of cold is happening in case of allergic condition and infection, if this is the viral fever then full blown clinical symptoms would be there, if this is the allergic condition and transient one then it is nothing to worry it may be self limiting, in either of these condition, no specific medicine needed unless it is not the viral infection and bacteria or parasites are responsible, beside all of these condition may be nonspecific and completely self limiting, just wait and watch for all of these and no need to worry, increasing heart rates are very much likely but it may not be danger unless proved something related with cardiac disease.
