What Causes Rapid Heart Beats Along With Shortness Of Breath?

So i saw a cardiologist did alot of exam say ik fine but lately i been having rapidly heart beats and shortness of breath alot and sometimes pressure on the chest he told me i have a little bit of arrythmia but not a dangerous this was like about a month ago but i feel like ever sense it probably got worst im only 20 years old aswell but age doesnt matter im i right any one can have heart issues ?

Anyone can have but you said a cardiologist have examined you and declared as fit. There is something known as anxiety neurosis or hyperanxiety syndrome. You should improve your quality of life by daily exercises.
