What Causes Rapid Chest Fluttering Near Heart?

My chest feels like someone has their hand on my heart and is pushing it up rapidly kinda like a butterfly fluttering where my heart is. It starts then stops after a few minutes it happened twice this week what is it from. I m only 33 but it is a scary feeling.

This may be from tachycardia ,refers to an abnormally fast resting heart rate- usually at least 100 beats per minute.
The following situations,illnesses and conditions are possible causes:
consuming too much alcohol or caffeine
smoking
anxiety
hyperthyroidism
heart and certain lung diseases
electrolyte imbalance
To diagnose this you should do some examination;
Blood test
ECG
Holter monitor
Take care of your self
