What Causes Random Bruising On The Body?
My wife has bruising that comes out overnight with no trauma. Her hemoglobin is around 6.1 to 7.5. could this be too low a level? She is 84.6 years old, and somewhat overweight. This is the second occurrence in the past few months. Our M.D.s don t seem to have any answers. What should the normal hemoglobin count be? Thanks for your help. A. Golman

I would like to tell you that she might be bleeding inside might be because of hemolytic disorder which is why her Hb level is down.
