What Causes Random Bruise, Itching And Numbness On Right Side Of Body?

About a week ago I woke up and my whole right thigh was asleep it actually didn t go away until the next morning. Why is this? And then yesterday my right thigh was itching as so hard I kept scratching and when I got home I checked and I had gotten a random bruise. What is this. Should I be concerned? Thanks.

yes you should be. your thigh can go asleep (medically called paresthesia) when some specific nerves supplying your thigh are compressed which can be due to to a wrong posture during sleep as you have mentioned. if it has resolved then you dont need to be worried. the bruise can be a result of scratching. but i will suggest you to consult a dermatologist for that so that he can have a look and give his opinion.
