Hi,

The pattern of pain gives clues to where it is. if the pain were really everywhere, then it would not be a specific organ. BUT chest pain due to heart follows the nerves which go to the heart and these overlap the arm and jaw. While it might be indigestion, this pattern of pain might be due to a serious heart condition. I cannot say in your particular case, and this pattern is one that implies a need for immediate evaluation in a hospital.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
