What Causes Radiating Pain From Collar Bone To Shoulder?
Hello Doctor, I am 27 yrs old. I am having pain near my collarbone on the left side when I take deep breath. This pain radiates until my left shoulder and disappears once I start breathing normally. I haven t had any accidents near this bone so I wanted to know if this is a spasm or something more ?
Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you may be suffering from pleurisy. It is inflammation of covering of lung. Treatnent of it is rest and analgesic such as diclofenac whenever you have pain. Deep breathing exercises may help in resolving it. Vitamin B complex and C help in recovery. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Take care.
