What Causes Quads Fatigue, Hip Spot With A Cold On Exertion?

I am a competitive college distance runner with serious fatigue in my quads while I run but also when I walk, but when I walk it is much less severe fatigue. I had what I thought was a regular cold two weeks ago and was bad for 4 days but then got better. I still haven t fully recovered from the cold even after two weeks and my leg fatigue started right around the time where I was starting to feel better (10 days ago). I still am not completely healthy and I can t go on an easy run or up any hill without being fatigued. I don t know if it is connected by I still have a dark purple spot from a tick bite on my hip that was 5 months ago. Could it be lyme disease? Mono? I know what sore muscles feel like but this isn t that. It feels like my quads have constant lactic acid in them and it never goes away.

Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you are having vitamin deficiencies. It is probably linked to your prolonged illness. You are advised to take EvionLC, Mecobalamin and vitamin D3 if is found deficient on testing. Analgesic such as ibuprofen can be taken for pain relief. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. You can also write to me directly on below link:
