General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Pus or cloudy fluid coming from the ear can be a sign of an ear infection.
The infection needs to be treated with antibiotics.
Meanwhile,I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
