What Causes Puss Filled Bumps Causing Itchiness Around Testicle?

hi everyone ,my problem is i had somme smal balls on the skin of my testicules 2 of them are little big , they look white inside and if i press them by my fingers somme white liquid commes out from this little balls ,they not hurt me but they iching me too much .what i can do (sorry for my broken englich)

Noted your history of having small white balls on the skin of hte scrotum, which on pressure give white pus.
Itching is a big problem.

As per the description you have given this looks to be a sace of multiple sebaceous cysts.
If these are symptomatic you can go for the following:
Get a confirmed diagnosis by consulting a General Surgeon.
If these are multiple and causing problems it is better to get them excised to get away from the problem.
You have to clean the scrotal skin twice daily with plain water, keep dry and aerated so that further cysts do not develop.
