What Causes Puss Discharge And Tingling In Penis?
Hi I have a quick question on bladder infection in men I have a really strange feeling down below clear puss and tingling I am happily married four year now no other sexual partner on either died since we met 6 yr ago. Could this be a bladder infection or something else very confused

Pus discharge from penis may indicate infection(UTI).
You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine RE/ME.
Gram stain of pus material and culture/sensitivity should also be done.
Further investigation depend upon findings.
You may be prescribed antibiotics depending upon findings.It is important to rule out STD.
