hi I have open blisters on top of my butt crack (not anus) I was diagnosed with shingles by family dr. he gave me a antibiotic and cleared up and now it is back again it red hurts like mad and oozes causing spreading, second opinion needed badly thank you

From history it seems that there might be having secondary bacterial infection giving this problem.
Along with oral antibiotic medicine you require proper cleaning and dressing preferably by your doctor.
Site is such that proper cleaning and dressing is not possible by your self.
consult your doctor and get properly cleaned and dressed up.
