What Causes Pus And Blood Filled Lump On Groin Area?

For a few years now I have been experiencing an itching sensation in the groin. About 14 months ago I developed a lump between the grain and hip. It kind of opened on it s own and drained large amounts of puss and blood. Now over the last 3 months lumps have developed in my scrotum and they swell large then erupt with puss then blood. I have had different antibiotics because of surgeries and have not had serial relations in 7 years. Several Dr s have checked me and said it was a fungus and have prescribed ointments each time with no success. Am kind of at a dead end.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having chronic infection on your scrotal and lower genital area leading to chronic inguinal lymphadenitis and producing abscess.
Your this chronic skin infection requires proper diagnosis and extensive treatment.
Consult dermatologist and get examined.
Rule out diabetes as well.
Ok and take care.
