for the past 4 days i have been experiencing bad pins and needles in both arms whilst sleeping wen i wake my arms actually hurt (ache).. i have also noticed i have a purple line appear on my bottom lip its at the bottom of the lip but runs from one side to the other but isnt painfull at all... i know that the pins and needles is probably down to bad circulation but what has caused this to appear on my lip??..
