What Causes Purple Discolouration On Right Buttock After An Injury?

Last Thursday I fell down my hard would floor stairs. Landed on my right side and slide all the way down on the same side. I have a large bruise about 5inches in width and 3inches in height. Lower right buttock. Deep purple in color and has not changed at all. Still very sore and even warm to touch. Today started feeling pain down the leg. Should I seek medical treatment?

Yes u definately seek medical treatment.
Get a. Xray hip Ap and lateral done.
And take tablet Emanzen d for 7 days.
