Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you might be having either a frost bite or a Raynaud's phenomena. In both condition exposure to cold causes bluishness of fingers and difficulty in movements.
I would recommend you to show it to orthopaedic surgeon for confirmation. Treatment is gradual warm fomentation of the finger. antispasmodic medication is also helpful in Raynaud's phenomena.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
