What Causes Pulsations In Thigh And Hand?

I am feeling pulse in my right thigh and sometimes in upper part of left hand due to which i am really concerned. i have started 1 hour walk from last 10 days in morning but today i didnt go for walk also as i was feeling some tiredness in my legs. i am 33 years and taking thyroxine 50 mg plus atorvastatin 10 mg for cholesterol problem.

Please guide.

My Opinion-

In My opinion, in the given situation you seem to suffer from-PAD with high lipids with high Blood pressure in arteries.
You need to rule out other causes, in Consults with Physician,who would investigate by physical check ups and by Radiological and blood tests.
Next appointment-

After 2 weeks to review treatment for existing problem .
