What Causes Pulsating Sensations In The Right Eye?

Hi, I ve got a headache unlike any I ve ever experienced. I used to get migraines so I know what that is and this is different. My right eye socket area...the cheekbone and eye brow bone...hurt like I got socked in the face (I didn t, nor any other blow). My right eyeball hurts too and is watering constantly though not heavily. It s not intense pain except every so often there is a pulse in my right temple that is quite painful. This is the third straight day. Any ideas what s going on? Thanks

It sounds like a tension headache which the headache involves your temporal region as well as eye socket. I would advise you to attend to emergency department to find out the real underlying cause as it has been ongoing for 3 days.
