What Causes Pulsating Pain On The Neck?

Hi there I ve been having a pulsating pain on the left side of my neck for quite some time now. It comes and goes during the day, and sometimes I notice it more when I m doing cardiovascular excerises. It radiates up to my head, and I I would describe it as a dull pain. I m not having any other signs and symptoms, ie: no chest pain, no shortness of breath but I do notice sometimes that my feet swell after my workouts. Sometimes I take prework out supplements before my work outs that have caffeine not sure if that s a contributing factor? My work outs are usually very intense and I usually go to failure with all/most exercises. My heart rate is very low when I sit stationary, sometimes as low as 45-50bpm. I m 21 years old with no previous heart or lung conditions however there is heart problems on my moms side of the family. Should I be concerned? Answer me back when you can. Thanks a lot, Linden

I feel though there is no serious complaint as of now, u should still consult a good Physician to rule out right sided Heart problem. It's good to be absolutely sure that your Heart is alright.
