What Causes Pulsating Pain In My Arm?
Currently sitting in my room with alot of pain shooting through my right arm. I was in a fight 5 months ago and a person wrapped my arm behind my back in a karate form known as a kimora. When i lay on my back and let my right arm dangle backwards severe pain shoots through my upper arm through my shoulder area, while my hand pulsates. If I try to lift a weigh in a frontward motion or hold my arms straight up and bend it leftwards then pull back the same thing occurs. What is going on here?

The symptoms seem to be related to a muscle strain.
I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.
I also suggest using Voltaren gel and cold compresses for relieve.
