What Causes Pulling Sensation In The Scrotum?
I have a pulling sensation in my scrotum. There is a small bump in there that hurts when I squeeze it. The pain/pulling sensation is there constantly. It has been on and off for a few months but now is constant. It is uncomfortable. 32, 245 (I have gained a lot of weight recently.) Like 25 lbs in the past 6 months. On Warfarin. History of DVT/PE

There can be various reasons for the pulling sensation in scrotum such as:
- Over weight induced dragging
- Lump over the scrotum as sebaceous cyst, epididymal cyst or others
- Varicocele development
- Testicular lump
- Others
It is best recommended to discuss the need of a color Doppler ultrasound of the testicles for the final diagnosis and further guidelines accordingly.
