What Causes Protruding Veins On Neck And Shoulder?
in my neck area down to the shoulder, my veins are really blue, I ask my doctor about them and he said it was ok, i m just really light skinned.. it almost looks like my veins have burst down at the neck area that meets the shoulders..do i need to type in my email address for you to answer me
