General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptom of vaginal bleeding following a diagnosed uterine fibroid despite usage of daflon I Strongly believe that this is due to the fibroid
The larger the fibroid the larger the volume of vaginal bleeding
The drug daflon causes blood vessels constriction but it is not enough to control the bleeding
In view of this please see a gynecologist specialist for further clinical assessment and possible surgical interventional procedures(myomectomy)
I hope this helps Regards
