What Causes Prolonged Periods After Taking Ipills?

Hi . I missed my period for 2months and I took mt pill. After pill I got period but it s bleeding since 3 weeks. I was in depression medicines from last 2months which I stopped now. Please lemme know the reasons for prolonged period . Is this something I need to get checked physically?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to infection or hormonal imbalance. You should get a pelvic examination by gynecologist and a swab test to rule out pelvic inflammatory disease or infection. Ultrasound examination should be done in case of any positive signs or uncertainty in diagnosis.
Antibiotic therapy will be helpful in case of infection.
If there is hormonal imbalance then combined hormonal therapy will be helpful also.
