What Causes Prolonged Pain In Left Testicle? Suggest Treatment

Hi.

6-8 Weeks ago I started experiencing slight pains in my left testicle. This is quite manageable, but is the worst when I sit or lie down, almost nothing when I stand up. I went to a GP & urologist, nothing was found, though there was a bit more blood flow than usual in the left testicle. This pain has since moved 'up' and deeper, and more specifically the left side of my body now feels 'stiff'. I thought it was just that I was sleeping differently due to the groin pain, but the stiffness is not going away.

Pain is very manageable, really not that bad, but it is consistent, and has been for over 6 weeks. The only thing that seems to work is Norflex, asprin & paracetemol doesn't seem to do much.

Any idea where i should go next, what it could be?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Studied your case well as it is odd to have a constant pain in the left testicle that is spreading to the left groin and also have stiffness on the left side of your body.
Your Doctors could not find anything to correlated with.
As per the history this looks to be a sensory nervous system problem or may be related to the spine or the brain.
I would advise you to have a high resolution MRI of the brain and the
spine and an opinion of a Neurologist also so that the cause may be found out.
I find this answer helpful
